The Funtana 100 is world renowned as an excellent flying model. It has large control surfaces which makes it an exceptional 3D model. Low speed handling characteristics are enhanced with the use of a custom airfoil section.
I have mine put together using a DLE-20 for power. MG996R servo's on the elevator and ailerons, and a MG946R on the rudder. Wolf Opto Kill to control the spark. A single A123 2S 2300 battery supplies receiver and ignition. Balance came out spot on the center of the wing tube. Using a 3" aluminium spinner with a Hawk 17x6 prop for thrust. Weight came in at 4.4 Kg
